Mitra Trusts writing for the meh
Attended a total of 15 “Writing for the Meh” sessions. During these sessions, facilitator Advaita Das shares writing prompts to help connect with the inner self, process emotions, and channel expression through writing. In each session, we self-reflect, observe our thoughts and emotions and engage in mindful breathing while writing.
What is Purnam?
Purnam is based on the teachings of the revolutionary yogi Sri Aurobindo and his spiritual collaborator, The Mother. More than a hundred years ago, he foresaw the evolutionary crisis that humanity was heading toward. To overcome this crisis, he developed Integral Yoga—a life-affirming spiritual practice designed to embrace and transform life on Earth. Purnam is built on this evolutionary vision of the future, where humanity progresses toward its highest potential.
What is Asha the Hope?
Asha The Hope is a learning gateway focused on inner transformation by expanding your consciousness through self-development and enhancing cultural intelligence. Asha offers online accredited courses that use effective methods to help students develop a dynamic understanding of the mind, life, and how it works.
What is Mithra trust?
The purpose of Mithra (friend) is to provide participants with mental health information and support—just like a trusted friend would. As a social enterprise, Mithra focuses on creating safe spaces where individuals can engage with tools and practices that encourage self-reflection, self-expression, and a deeper sense of understanding, empathy, and connectedness. Everything Mithra does, and every service it offers, comes from its own lived experiences, with the aim of providing others with a safe space for self-discovery and self-healing.
